• A copy of your customer database is sent for Email Append processing. When a match is found, the email address is added to your file. We can also append demographic and lifestyle information to your database.
• A welcome email is then sent to your new online customers. This email introduces the benefits of receiving email from you, and gives them the opportunity to remove themselves if they do not want to be part of your online database.
• Best of all, your investment is completely results driven. You are only charged for the number of email addresses that we are able to deliver to you after completion of our process...you are not charged for any undeliverable email addresses.

For any company that is currently executing online marketing campaigns,their greatest asset is the online customer database. As your customers change their email address, you lose the ability to efficiently communicate with them via email. Now you can use our Email Update Service to update your undeliverable email addresses.

• Similar to our Email Append, you send us a file of your undeliverable email addresses. Your results will be dramatically improved if you also have the corresponding name and postal address for each of these email subscribers.
