Plus™ will allow you to build your online
customer database by giving you

Here's how it works:

• A copy of your customer database is sent for Email Append
processing. When a match is found, the email address is added to
your file. We can also append demographic and lifestyle information
to your database.
• A welcome Email is then sent to your new online customers. This
email introduces the benefits of receiving email from you, and gives
them the opportunity to remove themselves if they do not want to be
part of your online database.
• Best of all, your investment is completely results driven. You are only
charged for the number of email addresses that we are able to deliver
to you after completion of our process...you are not charged for any
undeliverable email addresses. |

Reverse Email Append Service
Are many of your in-house email addresses missing full name or postal
address? Our Reverse Email Append can enhance your database with
this information, as well as add demographic and lifestyle selects to your
online subscriber file. Being able to improve targeting for your own email
campaigns will reduce list attrition and increase the response rates for
your campaigns.

Email Update Service
Have many of your in-house customer email addresses become
undeliverable? Walter Karl Interactive also provides an ECOA (Email
Change of Address) service which an update your invalid email addresses.
For any company that is currently executing online marketing campaigns,
their greatest asset is the online customer database. As your customers
change their email address, you lose the ability to efficiently communicate
with them via email. Now you can use our Email Update Service to update
your undeliverable email addresses.

• Similar to our Email Append, you send us a file of your undeliverable
email addresses. Your results will be dramatically improved if you also
have the corresponding name and postal address for each of these
email subscribers.
• During the matching process, we will append an updated email
address to your file and will broadcast a "Welcome Back" email to your
customers. This will reintroduce the benefit of allowing you to
communicate with them at their new address, and give them an
opportunity to decline your offers.
• Unlike many of our competitors, there are no processing fees for this
charged for the number of email addresses that we are able to deliver
service. You are only charged for the records we are able to update. |
